Exhibition Title: GAME OVER

Year: 2025

Materials: Iron beads, acrylic panels (all works)

Number of Works: 10 pieces

Concept:

This exhibition is inspired by the history of the space, which was once a mahjong parlor, and presents a series of works centered around the theme of “games.”Motifs such as mahjong, playing cards, UNO, and hanafuda—familiar elements of everyday play—are incorporated throughout the works.Within these pieces, moments of collapse are depicted through visual elements such as bugs and glitches, revealing distortions and instabilities embedded in what we perceive as ordinary. The exhibition title, GAME OVER, does not simply signify an ending, but rather suggests the beginning that emerges from an end.Just as the end of a game leads to the next stage, collapse becomes an entry point into new perspectives and narratives.
